19th of June
see you in

After six wild years together featuring: five apartment moves and two countries (we're basically nomads at this point), three different couches (and a chaise longue), an embarrassing amount of popcorn consumption, 200+ hours of our lives sacrificed to Baldur's Gate 3 (okay it's definitely more but let's just pretend we are semi-functional adults), and definitely 300+ "heated debates" (that's couple-speak for fights), we've somehow decided we want to keep doing this until... (insert forever?)... well, until we don't want to anymore!
So we're tying the knot in a forest in the middle of absolutely nowhere - not much different to Aalborg actually. The most important number to us isn't any of those above – it's how many of our amazing friends and family will be there to celebrate with us and witness our beautiful chaos in person. If you're up for joining our guaranteed-to-be-epic forest party, we would be absolutely delighted to have you there.
This website should have all the info you need, but if you're a special snowflake (you know who you are), just spam us wherever's easiest or shoot us an email at: [email protected].
Real talk about invitations: Check your envelope – whoever's name is on there gets to party with us!
Don't forget to RSVP by the 1st of January 2026!
RSVP NowOur celebration kicks off on Friday, June 19th, 2026. We'll gather at 13:00 for pre-ceremony refreshments, with the ceremony beginning at 14:00 and photos to follow around 15:00. From 16:30 there'll be appetizers as everyone finds their seats, speeches open at 17:00, and the main course is served at 18:00. At 19:30 we've set aside some time for games and relaxing before cutting the cake at 20:15 — and at 21:00 there's a little surprise! Then at 22:00 we'll share our first dance and throw open the dancefloor for full PARTY mode, winding down with breakfast together on Saturday morning.
We'll be arriving the day before and would love to have you join us early! If you'd like to come on Thursday too, just let us know in your RSVP and we'll help arrange accommodation and transport — we're also thinking about a casual get-together dinner that evening. And if you'd like to stay with us through to Sunday (which we probably will), just let us know in the RSVP form and we can organise a hangover hike :-)
If you're a more visual person, then check out this diagram of our wedding day schedule:
Our wedding will take place in the baroque Church in Neratov, built between 1723-1733. The church burned down in 1945 after being hit by a Red Army missile and was twice proposed for demolition during the following decades. After standing as ruins for over 60 years, dedicated restoration efforts beginning in the 1990s gave it a second chance, culminating in a stunning glass roof in 2006. A perfect symbol of renewal and new beginnings. The church never closes - it's always open for anyone seeking a moment of peace and respite.

Just 300 meters from the church, U Proroka is a modern community house with a spacious hall equipped with a projector and speakers, plus a lovely terrace for outdoor moments. Best of all, they have their own craft brewery right next door producing "Prorok" beer - so get excited for some excellent local beer! The venue supports the charitable projects of Neratov Association and involves their clients in its activities.

We're happy to cover everyone's accommodation from Friday to Saturday. If you'd like to arrive on Thursday and stay until Sunday you're more than welcome - just let us know in your RSVP and we'll help reserve an extra night for you (Thursday and Saturday night would be at your own expense). Since U Proroka (our wedding venue) has limited beds, some guests will stay at Chata Neratov, a cozy small hotel just 200 meters away. We'll let you know the sleeping arrangements in advance - we hope you're comfortable with families sharing rooms with family and friends bunking with friends! The price for the night approx. 250 DKK per person per night with breakfast. :-)
